Lollapalooza and EXPO
I planned, produced, and executed over 150 events for Owen + Alchemy, but by far the biggest undertaking was Lollapalooza… followed closely by EXPO.
I applied as a vendor, worked out all of the vending logistics, built our booth with my team, found and managed over 50 volunteers, and more or less slept on-site for the week (just after returning from New York for an out of state event). Overall, it wasn’t a moneymaker for us but we did get some exposure.
EXPO: At one point, the biggest international contemporary art exhibition in the country, EXPO entailed more or less an on-site pop-up. This one was a huge moneymaker for us.
