Hi!

I’m a Chicago-born, Berlin-based writer, editor, performer, and community organizer.

I write about wellness, psychology, and modern mysticism for magazines like VICE and Bon Appetit. I also help wellness-adjacent nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and brands develop culturally sensitive content. I believe in self-care, self-awareness, and self-expression for the greater good, and I pursue work in alignment with those tenets.

Additional passion projects include founding and nurturing Creative Women Berlin, an aptly named 6,000+ member platform for Berlin artists who identify as women (trans and cis) and non-binary; studying astrology (I’m a Capricorn Sun, in case you’re curious!), and improv singing songs about my dog… to my dog.

Oh, I also have a dual degree in singing opera and writing poetry from Northwestern University and my resulting career path has been just as logical and immediately lucrative as you might guess.
